These Terms of Service govern your use of the Mallfront platform. By using our service, you agree to these terms.
Please read these terms carefully before using the Mallfront platform.
Mallfront is a technology platform that enables Merchants to create online storefronts and connect with buyers. Mallfront is not a party to any transaction, contract, or agreement between a Merchant and a buyer. Mallfront does not buy, sell, manufacture, distribute, or deliver any products or services listed on the platform.
Mallfront has no ownership, control, or influence over the products or services offered by Merchants, including but not limited to their quality, safety, legality, accuracy of descriptions, delivery, fulfillment, or refund policies. Any dispute arising from a transaction is solely between the Merchant and the buyer.
Each Merchant is solely responsible for ensuring that their products, services, listings, and business practices comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations. This includes but is not limited to product safety standards, labeling requirements, export laws, consumer protection laws, and tax obligations.
By using the Mallfront platform, each Merchant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mallfront, its owners, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to the Merchant's conduct, products, services, listings, or breach of these Terms.
Buyers are solely responsible for exercising their own due diligence, judgment, and caution before transacting with, meeting, or visiting any Merchant. Mallfront strongly recommends that buyers verify a Merchant's legitimacy, product quality, and business practices before making any purchase or arrangement to meet in person.
Mallfront shall not be held liable for any harm, loss, fraud, injury, unsafe outcome, or any other adverse consequence resulting from buyer-Merchant interactions, whether conducted online, over WhatsApp, or in person. All risks associated with such interactions are borne entirely by the buyer.
